What a great piece and thoughts! I love the "When I was on Instagram, I routinely felt inadequate because I wasn’t running a drop shopping business or day trading in my spare time or building a vending machine empire."
Such a beautiful piece! Thanks for sharing 🫶 I’m wondering (as a fellow creator), what helped you build a “stability” while doing things you’re doing today?
I mean more in income sources — I see that for independent creators (who create newsletters, podcasts, courses, etc.) it might be a bigger bottleneck in life 🙏
Aah, got you. I still have a full-time job in product management which is that pillar for me. I'm probably a good couple years away from being able to realize my want of "work 3 hours per day on my own business". But I know that is the direction for me, vs climbing higher...so it helps with how I think about the next couple of years work-wise and the things I need to work on to get there.
